6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Joolus shall not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Damaged Packages
If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:

While Joolus works with reliable courier partners, we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in resolving shipment-related concerns.
