At Joolus, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, certificates, invoices, and accessories must be included.

The product must not show signs of damage, alteration, resizing, or wear.

Customized, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
2. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within 3 days of receiving the order with:

Clear images/videos of the product (if applicable)
Once the return request is approved, return instructions will be shared by our team.
3. Inspection & Verification
After the returned product is received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to confirm:

The product matches the original shipment

The jewelry is unused and undamaged

All original materials and packaging are intact
Joolus reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality inspection or do not comply with this policy.
4. Refund Process
If the returned product passes inspection and verification, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of successful inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, the reflected amount may take additional time to appear in the account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or incorrect:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Products purchased during clearance or final sale offers
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must notify Joolus within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
